We offer every customer a full refund on their first order up to 1 unit of Purple Tree® at the price they paid minus shipping within 30 days of purchase. The goal is to allow people to try Purple Tree® risk free. Refunds will not be given to repeat or recurring customers, and a maximum of 1 unit only will be refunded. When buying a unit, only the price of unit will be refunded, no tax, shipping, or additional units will be refunded. It is not necessary to return the unit in order to receive a refund.
